"It's been a long time coming for Cane to get some serious love on The Source. He's progressed like none other over the last couple years, especially in 2014. He's done shows in NYC, SXSW, become buddy buddy with some industry icons (Stati, Sway, Markman), and now he's here to present his album with us. Produced by Lou Burna, save the bonus track which comes courtesy of Statik, Citizen Cane weighs in at 17 tracks of quick, clever rhymes."

Cane Visits Showoff Radio

Busy promoting the release of Citizen Cane, Cane checked in with Statik Selektah on Showoff Radio. The two discussed his upcoming album, their RapFix introduction, his grind, and influences. Cane spit a diabolical freestyle and hopped on the mic once more in a cypher with Boaz, Termanology, Illa Ghee, and more. (Stay tuned for that one!)

Take a look at the interview and freestyle below.

Cane - That's The Way

With Citizen Cane just around the corner, the titular citizen brings the first official release with "That's The Way." DMV's Don Draper aims to take the internet back and this groovy record is the first of many between the emcee and his right-hand producer, Lou Burna.

As 10.14.14 draws closer, Cane will encapsulate a momentous year with his strongest project to date. Spread the word and stay tuned. Citizen Cane is among us.
